DURHAM, NC – FHI 360 announced today that Janet Cowell, a distinguished leader in both the public and private arenas, has joined its Board of Directors. Ms. Cowell has 25 years of experience in a wide range of sectors, including finance, health care, education and technology. She was the first woman to be elected as Treasurer of the State of North Carolina, a post she held from 2009 to 2016.
